James Bond film on RTE2 at 7.10. Just enough time to organise the James Bond drinking game:

[SIZE=+1]Very simple...Get the beers in, and stick a Bond movie on . Whenever one of the events listed below occurs, starting from when Bond fires his gun right at the start of the film (before the prelude bit)...you have a drink of the relevant size. Couldn't be simpler. The measures are fairly self explanatory, so here are the times to drink....... [/SIZE]

Take a sip when

There's a helicopter (one sip for each).* There's an Explosion (GULP if it destroys something very expensive.)* Anyone on screen drinks (GULP if it's a Vodka martini.)* Animals appear on screen (you may want to wave this one if you're watching Octopussy.)* For every One liner, Innuendo or pun. Funny or otherwise.* For every Cunning Stunt.* If a gun is fired (GULP for five or more at once, DOWN if a whole load of guns are fired and every single one misses.)

Take a healthy gulp when

Bond beds yet another woman (DOUBLE GULP if she has previously tried to kill him.)* For each Gadget (once per use, includes the ones built into cars and when they're used by Q, Q branch technicians or villains.)* Anyone delights in a gloriously silly name (like Pussy Galore, Goodnight or Onatop...)* Moneypenny looks at Bond quite obviously in love.* M tells Bond off for something.* Q tells Bond to pay attention.* A villain doesn't take a perfectly good oppurtunity to kill Bond once and for all, instead choosing to do it in a manner that allows Bond a chance to escape.* Bond drives a vehicle he has no reason to know how to drive. (like the tank in Goldeneye. As if Tank driving is standard training in the Navy...and how did he start it anyway?)*

Anyone says "007" or "License to kill."Down what you have left in your glass and cheer wildly:* Anyone says "Shaken not stirred".* "Bond...James Bond"* The film's title is mentioned or appears on screen written.

I think I'd rather watch a Bourne movie. They've got the same initials (JB) and are all about spying, fighting, killing, car stunts and intrigue but the main difference is they're good.

I for one like it's style. Sounds like a good laugh. I love all the bond movies.

For a group playing the game, there must be a penalty of sorts for the last to drink.

I will play this game in the near future.

I don't know why people keep thinking that driving a tank is hard, especially a Soviet tank which is designed so that an illiterate communist peasant could be conscripted from the potato fields of the Ukraine and sent into battle against the Imperalists.

I've not specifically looked inside the T-55 for the starting process yet (It's on my list of things to do), but it's pretty much going to be "Get in driver's hatch. Turn on master power. Hit 'start' button. Put into gear. Press accelerator. Steer. If you hit something, who cares? You're in a tank"

Of course, there is the small problem that Bond was not actually in the driver's hatch in the movie, he was sitting in the ammo stowage compartment, but maybe we can explain that away by stating that he just happened to nab a prototype vehicle with dual controls or something.

My favourite drinking game is "Bottoms Up."

The rules are simple:

1) Start drinking when you get a drink.
2) Keep tilting your head backwards whilst drinking thus raising the bottom up.
3) Level 1 is complete once your first drink is finished.

And repeat.

There is a monopoly drinking game too, but as it cannot be done in the safety of your own home and may/is likely to end in you being cautioned or arrested, it is essential that a sober friend accompany the group (preferably with lots of bail money, just in case)

I misread that at first. Though it said ''Stunning Cun....''
