Get the image on its own, not with the website its from in the background. Copy that url. When you go to post it, hit the little mountain button and paste the url

ah see heres the problem. there is no option for copy image url when i right click. there is only copy image location which does not work

Sure its not there as highlighted? Your other option is 'open image in new tab/window', then you can copy the URL from the bar.
