Hey guys...I know it's a tad premature but recently I got bit with the WrestleMania bug again. I went to WMX years ago in the Garden. Was a life-long fan. My interest in WWE waned a little but I always ordered WrestleMania of course! My friend has been going for the last few years. I wanted to experience a big WrestleMania in a stadium and wanted to go to WrestleMania XXVIII. With the announcement on Raw tonight, it's now The Rock vs John Cena in the main event on April 1, 2012.

I came across the WrestleMania 27 package thread here and found it very interesting. First off the prices went up a lot from WrestleMania X. Like crazy a lot. Anyway that's not my main concern. I want to take my partner and a friend next year but I want great seats(who doesnt right?)Can anyone who is familiar with the process tell me when they usually go on sale and where? For those of you that got packages this year or in the past, what were some of the pros and cons in the process? Any info would help. Feeling kind of anxious. Would love to get great seats and be a part of WrestleMania 18 years after my first one. Thanks!

July - Book tickets
November - Flights
January - Book extra nights at the hotels

Sounds good. I just hope to book my flights ASAP then concentrate extra hotel nights after packages go on sale.

You reckon it would cost alot to just get extra nights at the hotel wwe will provide ?

Probably $150-200. It wont be too cheap.

per night? Hm thats does seem steep, espciallly considering I will most likely only take about $800-1000 with me, how much is it your taking for spending money, i think you said earlier but i cant remember lol ?

Per night yeah, they tend to pick expensive hotels, well for platinum anyway.
I'll probably bring $1100. Brought around $1000 and ran out before the end so I'll bring a little extra next year. I do spend around $300 at Axxess though.

I think that they put the gold and platinum in the same hotel do they not ?

Yeah I doubt I will spend so much at axxess, ill just buy some programs etc to get signed and thats it, maybe a shirt or two

They may not. They have put us all in the same hotel before. Depends which location they pick. Theres by the beach, downtown, or way out by the stadium.

i only spent $100 :pac: but i only brought $600 this year,so wanted to get the smoking skull belt

Hopefully itss by the beach cause I will be hitting the beach every freaking day, Miami is full of Latinas, and you just cant beat a hot Latina lol

Several t shirts, hoody, jersey, programmes, lanyard, drawstring bag, hats, wristbands, pretty much anything the Mania logo is on, I will buy.

I think the stadium is way out though, not near where Axxess or the HOF etc would be.

really hoping to make it to mania 28. mania 27 was my first and it was a blast. hotel was in walking distance so i was into everything. hoping for a close hotel for next year, would love to see the rock in action one more time.

Like PHX? It was like each event was in a different city. Hotel in PHX, WM in Glendale. Glad I always rent.

I did something similar, was a bit underwhelmed at the choice at axxess tho,thought for that many stands they could've varied the choice

whenever I saw all the new shirts going on sale when I walked out of axxess on the sunday in the promenade outside the Georgia Dome I was very happy tho. If anyone's attending Wrestlereunion they had a very good mix of all kinds of merch at their event. If I had a free hand I may have bought some.

Think the reason WWE go for the more expensive places is that they are safer and have better reps. The wrestlereunion hotel package for next year is tempting but the tripadvisor reviews read like keep awayand last think WWE needs is to piss off the hardcore element who will buy mania packages and most likely a lot of WWE stuff over a year

i highly doubt they will have the hotel near the stadium, miami gardens (where the stadium is) is quite a rough neighbourhood, they will keep the fans downtown or in south beach

Really depends, a rough breakdown of my costing for Atlanta

Package €1,450
Flights €550
Spending Money for Atlanta €800 (to cover food, merch,drinks,tips,taxis,gifts,metro card)
Money taken out on top of this maybe another €200

So bottom line you could probably do it for around €2,750-3,000 but mine was topped off with a lot of other stuff I wouldn't have missed out on
