I never thought I could dislike Coldplay any more than I do, but they defy my understanding of the word 'bad' with that song. I don't mean to be rude or to dump on your taste of music; I'm not one of these intense-Coldplay hate-bandwagon-people either, and it doesn't really bother me what they do musically, but....like....

I'll agree that it's definately dodgy alright and I thought that I'd cliked on the wrong song when I heard it first. I think it's probably only really their earlier albums that I love, their last album had it's moments but I wouldn't listen to the whole thing. I'd say though if Coldplay had released Friday I'd probably be a fan of it no matter how god awful the song is.:o If only someone'd back me up now.......

I didn't mean to rant at you or anything! People are welcome to their own tastes in music. I still think A Rush of Blood to the Head is a really good album, and while after X and Y, Vida la Vida etc. I've become accustomed to Coldplay albums I don't like, that song....make brain go hurty.

My best friend in college is incredible at the piano. We have one in our Student Union and he often plays in there. I can always hear him bang out Yann Tiersen and Debussy when I'm studying in the library.
