Cnoc an Oir should be testing now or shortly, I have not heard TBH. Read Wattys Guide .http://www.techtir.ie/radio-tv/uhf-aerials The top picture is a wideband polarised HORIZONTAL. Polarisation refers to the orientation of the x shaped elements which must be on the transmitter side with the mesh on the far side. The second picture is a simple UHF aerial polarised horizontal ( the teeth) Get a €10 c/d aerial from tvtrade.ie if you are close to Cnoc an óir and try it in the attic first.
