Firstly, there has been very little, if anything, that wikileaks have released that we didnt know or at least have been aware of before. The northern bank robbey happened 6 years ago and within hours the IRA were the prime suspects. nothing new or revelatory.

Secondly, having watched the report, it's rather rich for Peter Robinson to pontificate and moralise about the behaviour of others when he lost any authority he had.

Thirdly, RTE and the quality of their output has definitely deteriorated to the point where we seriously have to question how the money is spent.

Is Ryan Tubridy seriously worth what must be approaching a seven figure salary. Absolutely not and he's not alone. A well trotted out argument but valid all the same.

More than likely however with statements like this they are really asking for trouble in so many ways.

Last month it was a killer virus that some unknown "enemy" was going to unleash and send the world back into the dark ages. Of course it's blown over now and been shown to be the nonsense that it usually is. Britain is scared of it's own shadow at this stage.
