Unfortunately, 18:30 is the earliest time that we are allowed to open the box office. We will have two Box Office windows dedicated to CrowdSurge customers to ensure that we process your collections as fast as possible. Please let us know if your tickets do not arrive by Sunday, if this is the case then we will pass your postage refund request onto the Finance department.

Not really any use as they're be nobody at home to sign for them. Normally I'd just head up to the Depot with the "Tried to Deliver" notice, but that'll be no use come Monday as the gig is on that night. From the email they sent it says.... Should your tickets not be delivered by Friday then your tickets will be made available for collection from the venue box office on the day of the show. Does that mean that they will have duplicates at the Box Office for every ticket that they sent out?

You will not need to request a box office collection. If you do not receive your tickets by Monday then please come to the CrowdSurge box office at Entrance 1. We will have your tickets ready for collection either way and your physical tickets will only be cancelled at the point of collection (If you choose to collect them).

CrowdSurge wrote: We have now made alternative arrangements for your remaining ticket to be made available at the CrowdSurge Box Office collection point at the venue on the night of the show. Also please note that the original hard-copy tickets we sent you in the post have now been made void.

Aldebaran wrote: » Are the tickets not in your name? I used someone else's credit card to buy my tickets but the email they sent me to present at the box office still has my own name on it.
Ugh.Im.Clashing wrote: » Nope, I seem to have used his name back when I bought them. It must've been when I entered the delivery address I used his 'cause I wasn't sure if you had to have the same name on the address as the card. Do you think Crowdsurge might be able to change it to my name or would it be stupid to even bother asking?

Really dont want to miss this gig!
janeybabe wrote: » It's thawing in Dublin it seems. I usually drive up at the weekend but I got a train this week and was collected from the station. The roads were fine. Temperatures on the drive home were about 2-3 degrees. No ice or snow on the car this morning and I can hear water dripping outside so I presume the snow/ice is melting from the roof. Keep an eye on the weather/AA/NRA websites. The taxis will be running so you should be okay.

BaZmO* wrote: » Haha. Apologise for what? You got your tickets and you're still moaning. Weather wise it's been the worst snowfall in 30 years, and the worst November in God knows how long. The tickets have been made available at the box office, so what's the big deal.
