After the great success of
last year's mentored thread, we've decided to do it again.

The intention would be to use the
Hal Higdon novice program. This is what the vast majority of the mentored group used last year - but do feel free to look into other programs!
So without further ado, feel free to introduce yourself.

- Do you still need to take walk breaks in your training?
- How much training do you currently do? Distances, how many days a week, cross training - whatever you think is relevant
- What do you want to achieve? Dream finishing time and realistic finishing time?
