anothernight wrote: » Nah, had a very quiet trip with very little drinking and no craziness, I swear! Interrailing. Went to Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague and Krakow. It was great ^_^ I never realised how tired I was until I fell asleep at 2am and woke up at 2pm today. You people talk a lot! I'll leave yous with this: <youtube> That's actually the official soundtrack to my trip =] How's everyone?
anothernight wrote: » I don't think it's jetlag. It's probably the fact that I slept every second day during the trip. Sure I could've saved up a lot of money in accommodation! I'd like to go. I'm free all this week except tomorrow and wednesday (I think). Do you think I should go? I'm sorta shy =/ Define awesome beard. I saw the awesomest beard in Amsterdam! I ended up having to compliment the man on his beard, it was that cool. His gf seemed proud of it too. I suspect it was her idea, not his.
anothernight wrote: » When you think about it, it's not really that little. I did sleep on trains and stuff. It's just that I'd rather be awake at night! It's more fun that way. =] Yeah I'd much rather meet you beforehand. Seems less scary that way. It's funny how I generally don't mind talking to random people on planes, trains and bus stops but when it comes to meeting specific people I go all shy! >_< My friend Guille shaved his head because of a bet with my friend Diego (I went interrailing with them). So Diego tried to draw stuff with a pen on Guille's head while he was asleep, but Guille woke up and said that if Diego found out how to say "Show me your tits" in German, he could draw on his head. So there I was, waiting in an S Bahn station in Berlin, asking a group of guys how to say it, and having them write it down so we wouldn't forget. Worst part is that I actually volunteered to ask >_> That beard is nice, but I really hope you won't be wearing a horrible tie like that one! Mmmm roasted chickpeas ^_^
Master of Nothing wrote: » Definitely, night time is so much more fun! can be interesting to watch how the night progresses and how people move so much more relaxed at night You seemed to get enough sleep then, I hear train journeys can be really long I'll meet you then so it wont be scary:D You can text or I will about when/where to meet ok. Sometimes it can be like that yeah, big groups of people sometimes can be less intimidating, well it used to be...you'll get used to it though! Haha good story that, did he get stuff written on his head yes? hopefully you got to choose those words since you found out the German words haha:pac: No tie, oh no not a tie...the beard will be there though ^_^ Sounds tasty, hope you enjoyed them!
anothernight wrote: » I spent most of my train journeys talking to random people I met there I rarely sat with my friends because they fell asleep as soon as they sat down! Big groups are always more intimidating!!! In my opinion anyway. No, Guille never let us draw on his head. He said getting a crazy shameless girl to ask German guys was cheating  We tried anyway while he was asleep, and experienced his wrath before we ever got to take pictures >_<
anothernight wrote: » Wrath should never be laughed at! Unless you want to be tortured and then killed ofc. Hmmm that'd be fun to watch. I need new music >_< Can't stay awake otherwise =/ I need to ask.. Why were you growing your beard again? As in, why did I ask you to do it? Was it a proper order or just a nice request? Hmm it was ages ago and I have a very bad memory.
anothernight wrote: » You think pain streaks are good?! Argh I can't remember why I wanted the beard!! Other than the fact that they're sexy. Em I made a shuffled playlist on iTunes containing songs by Stone Gods, Biffy Clyro (only Vertigo), Manic Street Preachers (only Holy Bible), La Oreja de Van Gogh (a Spanish pop group that reminds me of bits of my childhood), the XX, the White Stripes, QOTSA and The Cure (mmm Robert Smith). Basically all singable songs, because I was in a singing mood. Since the playlist is over, I need more music! >_<
anothernight wrote: » I have most of those songs. I would take out Tegan and Sara (can't stand them), Paolo Nutini (ditto) and Florence and the Machine (don't kill me!). The others... a few of them were actually on yesterday's playlist haha so you read my mind with a bit of a delay. Glad to see someone mentioning Spoon before I do and get a blank stare and a confused "who?" ^^ I decided to stop singing and go for some of your songs mixed with Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Deftones (odd mix, but somehow it works). I actually tried to listen to The Faint but it only made me want to dance. How come Kitty Granddad is still awake? It's a bit late... in 24 minutes it'll be early.
anothernight wrote: » Adjusting to life at home? What's that? I'm a night person, that's why I'm up =P Don't sleep!!! Sure if you're awake at 4am you might as well stay up until it's proper morning.
anothernight wrote: » Today I was telling mum about you and how you always stop by to say you're training/were training/will be training Goodnight then *Is lonely* Feel guilty!
Master of Nothing wrote: » But I like it!:p Speaking to your mam bout it? hehe It was a good night, hope yours was too:) You would not have been lonely for long though, sleep would have come soon yes? I did feel guilty...she woke up halfway through :pac:
anothernight wrote: » Yeah I tell my mum random stuff all the time so she thinks I tell her a lot about my life. She still complains that my sister is friendlier towards her but it does keep me out of trouble with her. Also I'd never told her how the whole meeting veggies thing went because I didn't get to see her before going to Madrid, so I decided to tell her yesterday and that's how you came up in conversation. *Is not such an obsessive stalker after all!* How do you know it was a good night if you were asleep? I fell asleep at 6am, so that's plenty of time to be lonely! Damn you ditching me for sleep (is the personification of sleep male or female?)
