I mean stuff like having your change ready when you get on the bus.. Lads do it, women don't. Or understanding technology.. Some women can but most just can't comprehend it. I'm not sexist, I work in an office that's two thirds women and see it everyday.

Some men and some women can be exceptions, but most fall under a general guideline. We use our brains differently, our bodies are built differently, the way we communicate is quite different. It's just how it is, regardless of how many people want to think it's not. So no, they're not equal. That said, they're equal in the sense that these strengths and weaknesses on both sides tend to balance each other out. The strengths of men compensate for the weaknesses of women, and the strengths of women compensate for the weaknesses of men. So yes, they are equal. It's not confusing at all..
