Just a hitbox issue, happens with Rose as well I think. Not really shocking, hitboxes are messed up in general in SF4.

I don't really like how the Naruto games play (good, but not my cup of tea).

However -- it is GORGEOUS. I almost thought I was watching a cartoon, so good is their use of cel-shading!
Capcom could learn a lot from those guys.
