Maybe it changes colour? In that pic it looks fair like almost blonde to the front. Fair is not a particular colour, it's just light brown or blondy or redy. Ok it's brown.......if you insist.

It is the definition of soul destroying, and I say that as an insomniac.
Your body just hates you for doing it to it, and it is constantly trying to get you back. And it kills off any social life you have. Your always working/sleeping when people are having fun.

I've worked night shift too. For me it's the definition of awesome. Then again I'm probably the only normal person who gets very hyper during the night

Also a lot of my friends would be of vampiric nature so my social life was only ever affected when I started working weekends during the school term.

I think the world would be so much better if everything was done at night. I'm more active during the night. Hence the username =]

Soz, had meetings a lot today, no boards...but you are probably asleep anyway!
Oh I don't sleep as much as most people, jsut dn't get tired, and I prefer the night anyway, plus a lot of people I know are all nighters too. If I have a regular job obviously I go back to normal hours! At a masters so I have my own hours atm.

Ah I fixed the thing I spent all day yesterday and today at, blinking LEDs have never been so beautiful! yessssssssssssssssssssssssssss

hehe thanks, bit of a downer though, wasted all my credit today trying to ring ryanair for 25 minutes to see would a driving licence do as id to go to britain...no answer....then I hear that although ye don't need one t go to britain, ryanair are the only people that insist you have one, so eh...

Is there no other document they might let you present in cases where you don't have a passport through no fault of your own? I doubt there is but might be worth a try asking around.

Where exactly are you going? (I'm too busy to keep up my stalker duties sorry!)

EDIT: If you were Spanish I'd be telling you to use your DNI. Never fully understood the lack of proper national ID card in Ireland to be used as a passport when you travel to most places.

Hmm we did a trip to an observatory and it seemed like the most laid-back job ever working in the observatory at night, the tech there was just drinking away and playing games in between waiting for good conditions for viewing. I can see how it could be quite anti-social though, course it's ideal if you have your own hours and can do what you please.

Oh good luck trying to get through to them on the phone, would have been easier to bus it to the airport and back :P

No the UK is the only place you can travel to from Ireland with another form of ID. I know because when we were going to Italy, the details on someone's passport were illegible from wear and there was no way they'd accept another form of ID along with that even though the passport was in date etc, he had to just get an emergency passport and come over later.

eh don't be silly, I should have applied for a passport months ago like. I noticed that, same song thing for ages, then nothing instead of it, which was actually less annoying and a woman kept advertising stupid things in her robot voice.
Was only ging cos it was 6e return, cheapy cheap. Ah if I can't go after checking tomorrow, oh well, life goes on eh.
