Try Frank Dowling, he works out of Riverside Medical centre in Mulhadurt and Lucan. Think he costs about €50 for a basic visit but worth every penny.

I use Emer O'Brien in the Foot Clinic in 108 Roselawn Road, opposite Tescos. (The house she's in used to be Dr McCarthys surgery before she moved to the old library in Tescos).
She's really lovely, thorough and professional.
She does late evenings on a Wed too, so I go on my way home from work.
