Wind streamers - where could i get some

Does anyone know where i could get "wind blowers " i don't know what they are called - they are like a large flag, shaped like a surf board, which is stuck in the ground and blows in the wind - like you would see on the beach in "Home & Away" or Showhouse - i want to get some for my garden

no idea where to get them but the new holistic centre accross from the three ships (used to be woodchester/gemoney) have them up when theres something ogoing on in there. quite striking.
