I let that video play away in the background whilst I left the pc for a minute or so. Damned if that singer does not sound a lot like Morrissey.

Everyone says he sounds like either Morrisey or Damon Albarn. Both these guys are a big influences apparently. I would highly recommend the album , check out ' The End Of All Romance' from the same album. Awesome song and video.
