surprized benzema didnt make the squad but he wasnt a regular this season with real and he wasnt making the starting xi with france when he was playing with lyon.

Valbuena and Ben Arfa are midfielders. Gignac is a proven donkey and Briand... at least Gomis is not in there. I've honestly never yeard of Yann M'Vila. No surprises there then!

Can't believe Cisse got in to the squad ahead of Benzema. Okay he scored 23 goals in 27 games in Greece (which is on par with the Scottish league IMO) but only against the weaker teams, he couldn't score against any of the top teams in that league.

I would have liked to see Trezeguet coming out of international retirement and playing in a World Cup again.......but that was never going to happen with Domenech still in charge.

Spanish have 5 in theirs.Nasri and Benzema probably should have been in the provisional squad but it's not like either will start, so if he wants to bring a young guy like M'Vila,it won't reallly matter.
