New bike built - frame decision

Everyone else seems to be at it so I figure why not. Going to build up a bike myself so looking for advice.I want to build a race bike, I already have a pretty comfortable road bike so I figure something more aggressive and stiff would be in order

Firstly I'm pretty sure I'm going for the SRAM Rival groupset. They seem to be great value for money and I like the idea of trying something different out for a change. Probably a 50/34 + 11-23

Secondly the big frame decision. Here I have no clue. Budget wise I'd say up to €700. I missed out on the s/h Giant TCR frame that was going here a while back so now looking everywhere and anywhere. Planet-X and Ribble both have frames but would like to look further afield also before making a decision. Anyone ever looked a the option of buying direct from Tawain or China?

After that I'm not too concerned at the moment. I have spare wheels and the rest are smaller details for me.

So any input on the frame option?

Cinelli site says:

Weight (frame/fork): 3.15lb/.88lb (1430g/490g) - size medium. Does not compute. .88lb is more like 400g.

Still, not bad for sub-€600.

edit: this Scott is about 500g lighter, and almost within budget. Light, pretty, cheap: pick two.

There's a group buy on Pedal force for their new frame. Looks tempting $549 + $130 (frame) + $56 (shipping) + customs = €540 + customs. However it's a new frame with no reviews and the bottom bracket is a BB30 which would require SRAM Force. ummm.

There are two other frames on Ebay UK which look interesting. One and two. Another boardsie is building a frame with one, but I'd must mail the seller to get the geometry. The 52 might be too big. I wouldn't want anything bigger than my current bike

I also had a rush of common sense and am also now considering getting the groupset first and putting that on my Trek first and buying the frame a month or two down the line if I still think I deserve a new frame
