WHAT IS THE WORST DATE YOU WHERE EVER ON

Hey,

I'd love to hear your stories about the worst dates you have ever been on.

My last one was when I was seeing a guy from Meath, The first date we went for a drink and had a good chat and all was well and he asked me out again. The second date we went to the the cinema to see a movie that we both wanted to see and he sat on his hands

, I just thought he might have been shy! The third date he took me to a comedy club and we had a great night, He even put his arm around me:eek:. The last and deal breaker date with him was on Valentines night when he brought me to a football match with his friends and then to a strip club where we met up with his heavly pregnant sister, her husband and some other of his family members:eek:! I went to the loo and he hasn't seen me since! I'd say he just didn't like me:rolleyes:

i once saved my own phone number under a random name, then sent myself a text message to say that my house was burgled and the cops needed to speak to me. showed it to the girl that looked at reflective surfaces every 2 minutes to make sure her hair was ok and then ran.

went for dinner with this guy, he was super nervous, which was fine at first, i figured he's relax after a bit so i just tried to make conversation, but even then he'd give one word answers and stuff, so the meal was really quiet and super awkward. i asked him about bands he liked, and work and cool things to do around the city [i had just moved to toronto and he had grown up there]. i couldn't waaait to get out of there, but when the meal was over he suggested we go to a bar, and i thought i should give it him a chance and that maybe after a drink he'd relax a bit.
he didn't talk at the bar either. i really tried! but i was left looking at the walls while i sipped my drink. sooo awkward. then two friends of his [a couple] came in and were all like "fancy seeing you here!" nudging each other and it was super obvious he'd texted them where we were so they could see he was actually on a date..i mean they walked in, said hi and then left.
before i finallly left, he asked if i wanted to hear his band's record, and i said sure, so he gave me the cd but made me promise that if i took it i'd have to meet up with him again...
still think it's around here somewhere...
i mean it's one thing to be shy, but this was awkward beyond belief. date lasted three hours and there was definitely less than one hour of coversation.
