Toilet attendants, how do you deal with them?

Was in a club at home in Contae Coraigh at the weekend, and they had toilet attendants there. And after the usual "how are you tonight sir?", "You having a good night yeah?" banter out of the boys, I thought to myself "what to fook do I say to these guys to tell them I'm not interested in paying €2 for a sheet of kitchen paper to dry my hands". So I turned and just said "good night lads" and walked out.
Personally, I hate going to places that have them, but when you are from the shticks, you dont really get much choice in the clubs you can go to.

How do you feel about toilet attendants and how do you deal with them???

Yes. When I go into the bathrooms of a place (particularly a noisy club) i like to able to relax and gather myself, to take my time, maybe even have a look in the mirror or even just joke to the person beside me that the cúnt hogging the cubicle should find somewhere else to pleasure himself, which I can't do when there's someone making me uneasy by watching my every move and then standing over me while i use the sink.

If a club advertised themselves as not having toilet attendants they'd probably gain a lot of customers.

I think they are great, all I did was go for a lash and I came out with nice smelling hands and a few chewing gums, all for NOTHING!

The most annoying ones are the two in Fibbers.....

For one there is normally 2" of piss on the floor, no locks on the door of the cubicles, broken or not seat and no bogroll {not even a follow on the wall}.

The "attendants" has there normal aftershaves and the like and try and turn the tape on then hand you some bogroll from one of the large roll that were mean for the cubicles FFS.....

TL;DR : Goto sink if they try and push the tap button and use the other one and then dry my hands on a tissue from my pocket.

Anybody know how much they make on average a night??
Doin some quick sums here(using numbers off the top of my head)
Say they are on for about 6 hours a night, things are a bit quiet at the start so they wouldnt make a whole pile for the first 2-3 hours, but as the night wears on, people start getting flash with the cash.
On average, I reckon they would make somewhere between 80-100e an hour, easily clearing 500euro a night. Minus the amount they probably have to pay the club for being there(100-150 say), they clear 350-400 a night. Probably tax free

Work 4 nights a week = 1600 a week

50 weeks a year = 80000k a year in the pocket

You would need to earn about the 130k a year to take that home

Fair play to them is all I can say

I think they are banned from the ladies toilets in RTE ever since Eamon Dunphy was caught in there offering ladies a go on his "soap dispenser" during the last world cup

Although once I fell in a club after someone dropped their drink n cut my leg really badly on glass, I went into the toilet to clean it up and the toilet attendant gave me a plaster and said, "You must bring me money back now".

They do in their hole. To make that sort of bread they wou;ld need to pick up 2 euro a minute between peak times 10pm-2.30am.

Not happening. Id say they would earn a oner a night after they payy off the owner/manager. Tops.

When you go to the jacks in a club after midnight, place is always packed and the boys keep picking up dosh until the place closes(roughly 3pm), they would easily make 2euro+ an minute, plus what they make before that. I reckon they easily make 300-400euro a night

I fukn hate them, pressing the tap and then shoving handtowels on ya to dry your hands- don't give them a tip I hate myself with shame, give them a tip and I fukn hate they have guilted me into it and pissed with myself again for getting conned by my horrible Catholic guilt..

That was before tho... Now things have changed I let them press the tap, take their paper, dry my hands, look them in the eye and say 'thanks very much' and walk out the door with a nice feeling of satisfaction. Or else I give them a euro or 2 the first time I go in and take a couple of chewing gums and a spray of cologne every time I go in, they still make a 100% profit on it, the kniving little cnuts. Before people start hitting me with 'they're only doing their job, the're trying to get by, put yourself in their shoes(as if!)' and all the rest of the sanctimonious bullsh!t that's spouted on here, I wouldn't mind if, as referred to in a previous post, they were providing just sprays,chewing gum and gels, it's the thought that you actually have to pay to wash your hands-get it-YOU ARE PAYING TO WASH YOUR HANDS, FCUK OFF, the pints are expensive enough in the Dublin already...... (I'm sure they're really nice guys deep down though)
