Are your landlords crazy?

Are your landlords or landladies crazy....mine is! I will not name them but i will tell you what happened. I have a landlady, she is about in her early 60s, but she is one of the most akward people i have ever met. We keep the place tidy, pay the rent on time, dont have any ''parties'' but she still complains, she even tells us she would rather the place be empty than to have to hear us complain about the dampness and the heating being broken, which was her fault in the first place, she just ''forgot'' to tell us.
Anyways my flatmate went to the house a few days ago, got there and went in. She saw that all the furniture pillows were thrown about and in the kitchen, everything was all messed tooken out of the spare room, the place was f*ucked...she went next door to ask the neighbours do you know what happened, they said ''Oh did she not tell you, a pipe burst in the attic in your house and the ceilings in your room and the bathroom fell in 2 weeks ago"" So she went upstairs to her room, the ceilling fell in, in the bathroom too, there was water comming down the walls and even downstairs in the sitting room and all the rooms have been unlocked. The landlady didnt even try to ring us expecting us not to notice...'Eh yeah, sells, I forgot to tell ya, the house is completly f*ucked up, ok bye'. She is a crazy mo fo, who tries to pull the old nieve lady act all the time' Im just an old lady'. F*ck sake!!!
So anybody else who has a crazy or strange landlord like that please do comment?

Was renting a house in West Dublin and the 50-year landlady had no kids and looked a LOT like a dude .. but being a live and let live fella I said nothing.

3 lads sharing the same area you can imagine after 3 years the kitchen (cooker) got a bit grubby (but the rest of the house was immaculate) but we get this letter calling us scumbags and losers and the rest out of the blue after a surprise visit to the house in the middle of the week.
I phoned her up out of shock and admitted the cooker needed a clean then she starts crying as she has just crashed her BMW M5 into a parked truck (she says the the bastard truck driver is at fault !!!! I reckon she was 100% drunk at the time). So after 60 minutes of ****e talk she says that the letter was because she was depressed and she was sorry and forget about it.

Dont trust landlords/landladys and don't take their crap.

i was working in tallaght and found an apartment block close to Airton road where i worked. When i moved in he was really nice and talking alot etc. Felt grand, house mates were sound etc. I explained to him i needed a internet connection as i was working on alot of stuff online for the company. He told me there was NTL cable with wireless capabilities in our apartment. Grand so, moved in not abother.

The next day i txted him and told him the internet wasnt working properly, he replied saying "your the IT expert fix it yourself". Ok, grand. The first weekend he came around for rent i was standing at the door at the balcony and he pushed me outside telling me not to smoke anywhere near the door. Grand so ignored him again.

He always called around on the friday for rent. This friday he wasnt there and instead came on the sunday without letting us know. My rent was huge, like 600e a month. I didnt have the exact change, i gave him him 599.50 and i told sure its only 50 cent, no harm on short notice! He wouldnt take it. He made me give him the 100 euro note i had in my hand, cheap cnut wouldnt leave me off 50cents, his fault like, he missed the rent date.

So happy moving out, one of the most two faced pr1cks iv ever met in my life, but im sure alot of landlords are like that.

I lived in a house share with my landlord. She was bat crazy. I woke up early one summer a 7am, to see her and the neighbor(another tenant) going at it like porn stars in the living area. The doors were see through and there was a 15 year old spanish student with us aswell as the neighbours 10 year old son nextdoor. with a shared garden at the backdoors open.

She went crazy at me all the time too, thinking that I was out for sex, and taking drink when I was meeting with friends.
