English Paper 2 was leaked in Louth Today. Possibly rescheduled. More info at rte.ie/exams

UPDATE 1: The SEC has announced the exam will take place on Saturday Morning, June 6th at 9:30.

The supposed questions were all pretty much what has been predicted which at least made me feel good for a few mins before I actually copped that its 99% likely to be bollox..

That's the typical scapegoat crap that caused most of the controversy over today's exam anyway!!. Because one superviser in one exam hall made a mistake, you're going to insult the entire public service?.

His job description does not make him any more likely to make a human error.

If you think they take civil servants away to some mountain-top training dojo where they make them read the numbers 1 and 2 over and over 'til they can read them as different things you're wrong.

Although now that I think about it, that is where things went to pot - where the guy mistook a 2 for a 1. Epic levels of fail.

Edit: Super NIntendo guy? Also, it was because the examiner tried to keep it hush until a girl told her mother that evening and got it reported to the SEC!

I was actually in the exam hall. The superviser was really enda kenny in a wig. He said it was all part of a conspiracy to undermine the current government.

He also said that the *real* poets on the new paper 2 are going to be Donne, Frost, Shakespeare and Boland. And the macbeth question is "how does banquo's sex drive influence the outcome of the play".

True story.

Entirely possible. Imo the same general theme and poets will come up throughout each question but with a different wording or question. In other words you can answer practically the same but to a differently worded q.
