English Paper 2 was leaked in Louth Today. Possibly rescheduled. More info at rte.ie/exams

UPDATE 1: The SEC has announced the exam will take place on Saturday Morning, June 6th at 9:30.

@Spoonbadger - All of that bar the dyslexic stuff was joking, and even then the dyslexic stuff was my opinion and not an invitation to take offense

@Killaqueen - Yup pretty much, I'll shorten some words but even then typing is a completely different ball-game. Considering there's spellchecker and the capability to type much faster than anyone could possibly text. Also, the irony lies in the fact that most of the time they're actually spending MORE time typing than normal spelling would take them by adding

"??????????!!!!!!!!!???????plz???????"

onto the end of every message!

As far as the SEC are concerned, at the moment that is, all students must attend on Saturday. Only Superintendents are off the hook. If they can't make it, they must make suitable accommodations in their place.

Its a longshot at best but there are a few jewish schools i think .some private one on the southside cant remember the name

Doubtful, they Jewish have a right to sit this exam and they also have the right to practise their faith freely so they will have to be accomodated...somehow.

I live on the southside and have never heard of one. In fact I go to an international school and there are only 3 Jews in the year and only one is doing the LC. the Jewish representative on Joe Duffy said there would be less than ten students doing it though I would have thought it would be more than that.

May be clutching at straws. I would imagine that there are many more muslims sitting the LC and we still have exams on a Friday. Anyway, it's best to get it over and done with. I don't want this dragged out for another week. I've other subjects I want to do too!
