Who the hell is this Paul McAdams fella?

Every ten minutes in work i am receiving the same joke email off different people with a picture of this Paul McAdams fella from Cabra. Is this lad really running or not? I have to say im all for his we'l session through the recession business! I cant seem to be able to post the picture up fom work so can anyone else do the honours and maybe fill me in on who he is, apart from a man who has a great sense of humour.

Its only a joke,its a photoshop job,and I dont think he's from Cabra,I heard its Donegal
