1. Have you ever seen one of those clips with a muscleman stripper at a ladies-night? After yer man has stripped off he'll take one woman up to the stage and hold a towel up so no-one in the audience can see what'happening (except the cameraman of course!). Either male or female stripping is supposed to be entertainment. Bit of fluff. Eye candy.
From what I've seen male strip shows (yes I have seen only one) were more interactive than female ones. To a point where I wasn't sure if it was legal. Nothing was shown but as you mentioned a towel was used and the women were up close and personal.

I've been at one or two female strip shows and they were more about dancing and the visual act and not getting too close to the male customers. Stag party strippers get more involved.
I've a couple of mates that are ex strippers and they have told me how they're nights usually run.

As for porn, well.... its just eye candy. Mental and visual stimulation. Throw in the fact that if you want to stimulate yourself physically you can in the privacy of your own place. Not with strip shows. Its about the experience as a whole, not just you.
