Future Shock.
World Summary: Earth Government - Central Senate
Individual world governments no longer exist except one Earth Government aka
Central Senate. The Central Senate rules over all countries in the world.
Taxes: The Biggest Global Impact.
Summary: Because of Global warming, the earth has suffered immensely and as a result oxygen levels within the earth are less than in the year 2011, therefore the Central Senate issued state controlled oxygen centres such as shopping malls, work places, hospitals and homes outside of these people must wear synthetic personal oxygen masks to breathe for which you must pay a tax which goes to state emergency rainforest disaster program.
Other Taxes issued by the Senate and which all citizens must pay are as follows:
Death Tax: A tax which has replaced Insurance, which must be paid by you, the amount payable is related to age and height, the older you are the more you must pay, for a burial space for you. Space is allocated according to height.
Health Tax: You must pay a health tax on illness and medication. This replaces
medical cards, doctor schemes and other discounts. Health tax is where you must pay in order to recieve treatment and medication from the CSDS (Central State Doctor Service) Which is the only offical doctor and hospital service. No tax no treatment, its as simple as that.
Birth tax: Each child born costs the government money. So parents must pay a tax on each child born, every year of its life until he/she reaches the age of 19 years. This is to cover what the child needs for his/her future. This replaces bank accounts or bonds and must be paid to the CBS ( Central Banking System ) each year without fail.
Oxygen Tax: ( Close to taxable breathing )
Tax on oxygen usage outside of Central Senate controlled oxygen centres must be paid.
Food Tax:
Tax on all foods consumed and waste must be paid. The tax is paid at point of
purchase and goes directly to the Earth Plantation Farming Association, which
replenishes all food sources and sources which were used in all product
manufacture.
Light Tax: Tax on all electric lights that are switched on after 8pm each night. The tax must be paid on all lights used from 8pm to 5am inclusive. Tax goes to
sustainable energy.
Transport Tax:
Since personal cars no longer exist, except transport pods which use a source of food waste and fats as energy to move the pod. Tax must be paid for daily and distant usage. The more used the more tax is payable. A higher rate of tax is issued during the hours of 11pm to 6am, this is named, Night Disturbance Violation Tax.
Identification:
Passports, ID cards, Drivers Licence, Birth Certificates etc are no longer in use.

When a child is born, the child is given a micro chip which is implanted just below the skin. The chip stays within the body throughout life. The chip will be altered as required by the CSCI ( Central Senate Citizen Information Authority ) at local station points. The chip contains personal information about the person such as:name, age, date of birth, a scanned image, Id number, credit number, credit history, medical information, education, legal incursions ( if any )and travel tracking.
Citizen Tracking: CTSS ( Central Tracking Systems Satelitte )
Each citizen is tracked and monitored by CTSS. Each time a citizen leaves the
country of residence the CTSS is notified when borders are crossed on both
departure and arrival & vice versa. The CTSS knows where you are and notifies the Senate Citizen Control of your movement.
Technology:
Top daily internet site hit: CTSS person view.
Using CTSS and IMG Control, key in a name / address / date of birth, and country of origin, to find the person you are looking for and you can watch them in their day to day life, such as shopping, working, cooking, cleaning etc. Run from 9.30 am to 8pm daily ( certain restrictions apply )
Money: No coin or paper money is used anymore. The Senate recalled all coins and notes and replaced them with a Plastic Token Counter Card. The card is purchased using a number and token system. The more numbers you have saved the more tokens you recieve to be able to purchase items or services.
