I know I should probably see a doctor about this, or possibly put it in a different area of boards, but it never ceases to amaze me how knowledgeable people on after hours are:D
Thing is I recently moved into a split level flat and every time I use the stairs to either the toilet or bed my ankles crack constantly all the way up and down. Both of them, from the ankle down to the tops of my feet. Imagine if you will a person wringing bubble wrap, that's what it sounds like. Recently I've started feeling small discomfort at the top of my feet so it feels like it's having an effect. The 1st time it happened was when I was having a Thai massage in Bangkok, I was told that all your joints crack but it was just my ankles and now it won't stop

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I have psoriasis on my face and scalp, both controlled by off the shelf moisturiser and shampoo.
Anyway thanks for reading and I appreciate any input.
