You just go to the site linked and put in your serial numbers and it lets you pick 5 songs from a small but decent selection which includes all 3 from the classic rock pack, sliver by nirvana as well as oasis, rem and a smashing pumpkins song. it says you will be emailed details in 4-6 weeks (so i take it that it has worked as i have the full band pack and it says about having the guitar pack.)
