In fairness, I thought Joanna made for great TV, bit of a nutcase but very entertaining.

Cullen irritates the sh.ite out of me though. Endless nonsense questions designed at getting them all to turn on each other. Seems to be looking for a yes man (or woman) rather than someone with genuine ability. That said of the bunch remaining, Shane, Brenda and Sarah seem quite clued in.
