They can't!! Cause when I tried ringing yesterday at about half 4 the voice message told me that even though they open til 5pm they don't answer the phones after 3! :mad::mad:

Imagine you worked for the motor tax office. You'd have to take stupid ass calls from people asking stupid ass questions, for most of which the answer is probably on the motor tax website.

I have torn the website apart looking for the answer I need but it's not there, or on their voice messages. I'm a very restrained and polite person when on the phone to services such as this but I'm going quietly nuts by myself here! All i need is 30 seconds with someone!

My gran lost her Motor Tax Renewal Form, including her pin and needs it to tax her car. All I want is someone to re-issue it. I have emailed them as well as phoning and still have received no response
