There was some trolling - by a user. We are not here to hold anyone's hand. 6th is a grown man. He's older than me. He can take care of himself and for the most part did. He "exploded" only at the end. He crossed the line with personal abuse. He was banned. End of discussion as far as I can see.

yeah you're allowed a 10 minute break when the database backup occurs but you still have to be on stand by just in case it explodes or something and they need volunteers to put out the blaze.
