I find a good hot curry with fried rice followed by 5-6 pints of carlsberg the perfect set up for laying good cable.

twice, sometimes trice daily. it really depands on the amount of guinness and indain food i have had the night before although i find that a mug of coffee and a glass of orange juice (lethal combo of caffeine and vitamin c) the following morning gives me an arse like a flock of pidgeons

Bloody hell!! This thread is still going?

Had a good ol' fashioned dump before work this morning to start my day off and it was, what I call, a double decker one-two phantom whammy!! That means the meat cigar itself disappeared down the bowl and a quick wipe with a tissue was suffice to convince me "Did I just imagine having a shít?" No cleaning operation needed, twill be a jolly day today!
