Hi,
Does anyone know anything i can do with my girlfriend in Dublin on a Friday night without going drinking, cinema or dinner? Im not from Dublin so im looking for ideas, cheers!!

A walk on Howth Head/Dalkey/Dun Laoghaire tonight would be great. Get the Dart from town.

Failing that there is lots you can do, why not go bowling, catch a gig in Temple Bar, there are a couple of restaurants in town where you can choose and cook your own food thats a good laugh and not your traditional going for a meal lark!

The comedy night upstairs in the international bar is always good, or downstairs in bankers. Also, what about aya - the sushi restaurant? Or the karaoke bar, ukiyo, is always fun after a few cheap cocktails in the capitol lounge.

OP, depending on her interests (and your wallet!) you could go to the theatre instead! Early showings and audience previews usually cost a little less.

This of course would be after you had gone bowling! I note the Gooner suggested this earlier too, he's obviously a man who knows how to treat a lady!

Certainly go to the theatre, a good play can be absolutely amazing... Go to a comedy gig, go for a drive outside of Dublin, go on the tour of Dublin which can incl the likes of guinesses, museums, the zoo etc... Go swimming out in the NAC... Stay at home and play twister

I agree with this! Was in Dalkey at the beach today and it was very nice I must say. Wish they'd get some sand though, those stones are pretty sore on the feet:(
