The "What's That Song" Thread [ PLEASE READ ]

Due to a overwhelming litter of Song ID threads cluttering the forum.. from August 13th 2006, the forum now has a new policy on this.

Everything related to a song ID HAS to be posted in this thread and this thread only.

Any "what's that song" type posts made outside of this thread will be deleted without hesitation.

And also would like to avoid any real discussion in the thread besides requests for a song ID, identification of a song and acknowledge / thanks for the ID. Not really a strict policy on this but if i see a discussion going on for 10 posts about how great a particular song is or something to that effect, i will delete it due to simply cluttering up the thread.

anybody know that song, lyrics are something like 'i want to be your fantasy, you know i can be sexy if i wanna be wanna be' and another basically the word fantasy is said about 500 times throughout the song... ive looked for it so many times now, they play it quite a bit on spin but i never catch the name..... gah.. kind of a rocky/punky song really good

I'm wondering if anyone knows the song from the OC Season 1-Episode 1 (Pilot Episode) when Ryan carries a very drunk marissa cooper and puts her to bed, its a lady singing who sounds like an angel, the lyrics go something like "still falling, breathless in awe again" or something like that. The music is played again in episode 5 when marissa takes an overdose in mexico and ryan carries her out of an alleyway, its been buggin me for a long time

i can email a sample of it to anyone if it helps...

Hiya,

I'm looking for the name of an artist who sings a cover version of Justin Timberlake's "My Love". Its a nice guitar version, and apparently its only on FM104. They said you could find it on the website but I've looked and looked and I must be blind 'cause I can't find it anywhere.

Any ideas on the artist??

This is going to be incredibly vague - just before Christmas I was in Frankfurt and saw a music video, but didn't get the name of the band or the song. So, it's a German band, female singer, one guy (possibly the drummer) has long black hair and a beard, the video was in the style of a 1920's dance club. Please. Please help me.
