I really have too much time on my hands

Right to I bought a packet of Tayto Ripples (cheese n onion) yesterday. Bit into the first crisp and noticed they were soft, the gone off taste. Checked the best before, no problems there. Checked the bottom of the bah and the bottom seal was broke, obviously a manuf. error, wasn't slit, the seal just wasnt right. Anyway, I ate the crisps, but then a few of the lads in the class said I sould write to Tayto for the craic. So I did, and included the defective pack. Couldn't include the crisps because they wer ein my belly. Basicly explained what happened, and that as a local Tayto customer I was disappointed and would be grateful if they could reimburse me with a fresh packet of Tayto

So, should I expect to hear anything from them? Will I see a box of crisps at my letterbox next week?
