Can't wait to see The Strokes this Monday! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I just wish they'd picked a smaller venue like The Ambassador and a better support act... aaaaaargh Adam Green ah well:rolleyes: ! It'll still be an amazing gig tho! Good news, they said that they'd be coming back for a European tour during the summer:D ! Just wondering, what time's everyone planning to line up at?

Its good to see that they are still touring together. I remember seeing the Strokes in the Temple Bar Music Centre all those moons ago with the Moldy Peaches in Support. Class gig.

I seen humanzi at foo foghters and they wern't great, Still better that the futreheads tho. Could just be down to the acoustics in the point either.

I saw Humanzi at Lansdowne last Summer and they were brutal, quite frankly. I won't be going out of way to get in at 7.30 just to see them.
I don't know much of Adam Green's material but I'm told he's good so I'm looking forward to seeing him play.
Oh and The Strokes should be great as well.

wow their setlist on NME is quite amazing. so long. Dont really want to see the support band just going early so im not seeing dots on stage.

Excellent videos.. thats for them! Great show. Support bands were not exactly amazing. Adam Green was quite good though.. Humanzi were so forgetable. Strokes had a really long set. All that jumping nearly killed me,..

Was anyone else in the huge pit in the centre of the pit area last night? I was surprised by how good the moshing was there last night, I love The Strokes and all, but I didn'tt hink the moshing would be that good! Don't ya love it when a band surprises you that way? My favorite song of the night had to have been New York City Cops.

I was the guy with the busted nose wearing the Clash shirt and the red 'Sixers jersey by the way.

I was sitting in the seats above looking at all the moshing/bopping. Nearly killed me!! I really wanted to be downt there, looked amazing.

Strokes played the perfect set. And suprisingly well and sober!!

Though, it was cool to see an aerial view of the place with people crowd surfing and stuff.

Loved that they played a ramones song as well.

Great gig.

In my opinion:

Humanzi - v good band, enjoyed their set a lot

Adam Green - someone I would not go see again! :eek: OMG he sucked

The strokes - I'll be there at oxegen! They were great

Highlights of the show were the amazing lights used and "last nite"

Cracking gig, for me they lost some momentum by doing "Life is a gas" which I thought was a bit pointless, but an extremely impressive live act, and its only when you see them you realise how many killer tunes they've actually got.

Keep up the good work gentlemen.
