Level 9? thats the Wales one is it?

Ok use google and wiki to pull up maps and info about the area and town missing from the map. Its not the town you want though.

Look at the hint on the status bar... thats an abbreviation (or maybe text speak) for what you're looking for.

If you note the status bar hint and look up info about the area you'll get it

well again look at the hints given and then think of a ring (is it just a ring or is there a significance to the way the ring is displayed) that might be like that near "nuts".

Look at the initial letters of the car manufacturers badges.
They form the name of another car manufacturer.

Erm, its a quite helpful to actually say what the puzzle is, I didn't actually memorise them all.

I looked through my cache, OK - its pretty much as it says on the tin on this one, it should be worth noting that most people (in my experience) spell this incorrectly - make sure you have the correct spelling.

Ok so you have the date and you know what the link is. Reference the two together, bearing in mind the nature of the character in the image....
