Well, was €5.70 the last time I was there. And to make matters worse you had to queue for about 10 minutes to get it!

yup, I held out a fiver for a pint on xmas eve and I was shocked when the guy asked for more money. the place isn't that great! oh and they kicked us out at 5/6pm on xmas eve.. what was the deal with everywhere closing so early?!?!?!

umm well it was still light and most places in town wouldn't serve us after that! maybe the restaurant side was open later? the guys at the bar wouldnt serve us after then!

Just had a relaxing night on friday and went to the Ballinteer House with a mate for a few pints and a few frames of snooker

Then last night i went to the porterhouse at the end of grafton street. That was the 2nd time ive been there since it changed from Judge Roy Bean's and ive had a laugh both times

There was more than that there too....

And yeah, film was a bit crap. The only saving grace at all was the Nirvana song. They didn't even have Jesus Walks in the film at all, the film itself was a huge let down.

Yeh, was there first time last nite, won't be going back.

At 9pm it was Pint lager €5.20, Bottle Lager €5.30

2 hours later, another price jump:
Pint lager €5.80, Bottle Lager €5.80, Smirnoff Ice €6.30, Wicked €6.30

And all me 2 pints were pure p1ss, would of moved on sooner to another place except that the missus kept sayin 'what a lovely place'.:mad:
