Hession's, Faherty's, Keogh's and Clancy's are pubs (latter two do food during the day). Power's is a gastro pub (run by the same guy who owns Clancy's). Hession's is your best bet for "old-man / drinking / talking" pub but don't expect too much from the talking bit....you could get lucky or not
