New discussion for 2026 campaign
I got on the hse panel aswell and have already had expression of interest offers. So much faster than CO campaign
Don't be. The ETB's are largely corrupt and misery to work for. Blessing in disguise I say.
It’s a battlefield that’s for sure!
Thanks so much and best of luck with interview for ETB! @Lilly242
Anyone know what OOM they are at for interview stage in Dublin , thanks!
@LowlyKit what was your OOM?
Mid 200s in Dublin, interview coming up. Interviewed for tco in mid April and not a dicky bird since so I won't be holding my breath
@cruncho24 I'm in the 210s and had my interview last Friday
any tips or curveballs??
@whymewhynow If you go over the capability framework and look at the 3 different areas. Have your STAR answers for the kind of questions they can ask you for each, like explain a time that you helped a colleague at work or dealt with a difficult customer for the collaborating one or a time you used a new digital system for the building future readiness one.
My interviewer was very nice and it took about 20 mins. I was asked some follow up questions on some of the questions like what motivated you to act in this way sorta thing. Just practice you STAR answers and I think you'll be fine. You might have to think on your feet and tweak them a bit during the interview. Best of luck!
Does anyone knows how many have been called for clearance in Dublin so far?
I don't know, but just as a rolling guide for others……
I haven't been called for clearance yet, roughly 3 weeks since I got the 'passed interview' email.
OOM ~150.
I emailed them asking but just got ‘you’ll find out when your number is reached’. Relying on boards to see how it’s moving. I’m under 110 OOM and haven’t been reached yet for clearance.
In the 80's and I started clearance this week
That’s good to know, hopefully I start clearance next week.
@flipper222 Could you tell us what week you interviewed so we can work out how long between interview and clearance starting roughly. Thank you
about a month from results to clearance
For those doing clearance, they ask about any periods of unemployment in last 2 years. Did you provide evidence of the 2 years or just the employment gap?
Also was this just the period of unemployment you provided or the full two years?
If you’ve been unemployed for those 2 years you’ll need to prove it. If you’ve been signing on you could go into Intreo and get them to provide you with a statement during this 2 year period. Whatever you’ve done during that gap they just need proof.
I understand that but as I have only been for a few months, do I just need to prove those few months?
if you’ve only been unemployed for a few months get the necessary documentation
Update I got today is that 1 - 335 have been invited to interview for CO. Dublin
has anyone got an update from Leitrim or Sligo?
Has anyone (outside of dublin) gone into clearance recently? it seems like dublin is the only county that is moving
My county not even interviewed yet. Spoke to a HEO they have lost 4 COs and not been replaced yet.. crazy.
does anyone know what OOM has been reached for Limerick ?
Can anyone who has interviewed yet and received results of interview confirm if their Oom changed after interview or stays the same. It didn't change after interview in the 2024 comp and just wondering if its the same this time around?
I have contacted public jobs and Wicklow has not started interviews yet..

it stays the same
