As for item two, in principle, yes. But put it into context - Israel practices apartheid. If you're an Israeli Palestinian, different (more restrictive) laws and voting rights apply.
Item 1 - that checks out. That's the only item that passes your "baseline".
So, you disagree with the ICJ that Israel must withdraw from all occupied territories and pay reparations to Palestine.
Yet you also agree that International Law has been broken multiple times by Hamas/Hezbollah (which is true).
It's really hypocritical for anyone to simultaneous hold the view that one set of terrorists are trouncing International Law but that Israel can break International Law and ignore ICJ rulings.

Because Iran is so intent on the destruction of Israel that it wants the shooting of its proxies in Lebanon to stop. Israel has no beef with the government of Lebanon, just with the terrorist proxies of Iran that have taken over south Lebanon, the ones that Iran is willing to sacrifice its own people to save.

While it's true that neither Jews nor Israelis are a hive mind, it's also true that the overlap between the two is enormous. Given that there are very few Jews in the world (< 16 million) and that almost half of them are Israeli, a threat to Israel IMO is a partial threat to Jews as a whole.
I've explained on multiple occasions about Israel's horrifying geography. 9 miles wide at its narrowest in the centre with its population centres located on coastal lowlands surrounded by strategic highlands that are beyond the 1967 borders.
It is for this reason I do not think any sane Israeli government would unconditionally withdraw from the disputed territories.
By surrendering, do you mean the Hamas terrorists that are still alive should turn themselves in? Would they receive a trial or torture & execution? Israel said they are beaten and aren't a threat. When was the last time they fired a bullet even? 2025?

Israel has been ordered by the ICJ to withdraw from all occupied territories, pay reparations and aid the return of the displaced. If it doesn't, it is in continuous breach of an International Order. Geogrpahy has absolutely nothing to do with it. International Law is the only thing that matters.

They would not need to carry out a demo, they just have to deny it and refuse inspectors on their territory which is perfectly acceptable given the precedent set already. Main thing would be do they have the material, expertise and means to deliver it.
Obviously everyone knows that the 15 football sized enriched uranium is obliterated, buried under a collapsed granite mountain and those trucks that were photographed a few days before last years illegal strikes on the nuclear sites were not removing anything but just doing a spot of landscaping.
Hard to see this resolved anytime soon and seems Trumps new brainwave is to wait for Iran's economy to collapse and take it from there, especially given Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon is still a condition.
Trump should of took the Geneva deal that was on the table, but they rejected it and the next deal will obviously be worse given what happened since. Just how these things work out when you don't hold the cards.
