Is it a write off though? Hard to know..if it was how we he have it as the private seller. Unless he bought it elsewhere as the write off. Although unlikely auction as full write offs tend to only go to scrap licensed scrap and parts.
Ad doesn’t mention any Cat status but easily checked with the reg. Obviously needs to be inspected in person though. Definitely worth a look for anyone in the market for one of these.
Lidl
Where did you see these Slave?
Lidl , obviously 😉😚
😁 Sorry should have said which Lidl? Cant see them mentioned in the leaflets.
Athlone, had about 9 on display
If those turn up in another Lidl (preferably on the east coast!), please let me know - I've a few people I can ask to call in and pick one up for me. Would be very useful to keep as a spare.
A good few in Maynooth...
Great spot, how are these so cheap compared to other ones on market. I mean there isn't much to them apart from material costs but still a great deal!
Those leads are excellent value for a full 22kW one, I got one a while ago for €50 in a Lidl warehouse sale so €30 is a great price.
Looks like most stores got a handful even though they weren't in the leaflet, they may be keeping it on the down low to avoid annoying anyone who paid €150 for it originally.
They were originally €150 ages ago but presumably didn't sell a lot, they've gradually reduced in price since and now they're a bargain at this price.
Lidl had them before. My guess, as they are not in the national Lidl leaflets, is that they are clearing stock of what they have left around the country.
yes a few miles on the clock and there are cars in NI that are possibly cheaper but this is a clean looking ID3 with a good spec

Just picked up one as I have 3x16A cable in the i3 that charges slowly on the single phase chargers. Plenty of them still left at Lidl Leixlip if somebody else are looking for one.
Sold, how much was it ?
Was €14,250 i think, didnt catch what mileage.
Think it was about 130k mileage. Looked very good and proper ad.
UPDATE Kangoo ze
So I have been driving my new to me kangoo ze now for a forthnight .When I picked it up ,I had to public charge it at ecars charger .i just dowmloaded the app ,topped up a/c by 20 euro, then plugged in charger .It took 2 hours to top up charge to half , so slow enough .
15 kw costing 9 euro .
i got sick of waiting so ploughed on home 90km thinking it will bring me most of the way.1st time driving automatic also so took the back roads in no panic doing 70km average .Got home with slightly less then quarter charge .
Impressed with it so far ,comfortable with nice high driving position.
I have night rate electric so plugged in charger to come on after 12 and when I checked at 7 am ,the charge level was up over 3/4 so shut off .I did my 25km return to work for 3 days and the battery was down to 1/4 charge so topped up again to 3/4 .
I kept a tight eye on esb meter and it is showing I used 43 units of night rate for the charging The rough figures for 1 weeks driving in the nice weather this week were 264 km completed and 43 units of electric at roughly 0.17 or .18 c per unit .Give or take 7.50 elec. cost compared with easy 30 diesel cost.
Exceptional warm week definetly helped effenciency ,no ac, window down for ventilation. Also I was driving only between 70-80 km/hour.Without low night rate the economy of ev would be debatable but my figures above are very impressive if you have night rate 11pm-9am.
Sounds ideal for your usage, cheap motoring in a 202 EV. I see a few 211s of them going through the auctions now.
See my earlier post about the €120 motor tax on it if it's not already done, and give the AC a quick run every now and again to keep it working well as it's not great for AC systems to be left unused for very long periods.
Happy motoring. 👍🏻
No AC on a Kangoo of that age I suspect ? Should be cheap motoring for the OP for many years though.
Price drop on this id4 taxi. Anyone find out story behind ownership?
€13K would surely bag this 2022 ID.3 ?

Any of the Kangoo ZEs I've seen coming from An Post all have AC, the 191 LDV EV80s also have it.
HOw much did you pay?
This seems a bargain? https://www.donedeal.ie/commercials-for-sale/2020-renault-kangoo-ze/41657371
Very strange ad. Multiple owners due to husband and wife change before and after taxi use. Spoofer or ill informed!
Might need a van for some upcoming house work, how feasible is it to insure something like this as a private vehicle?
Shouldn’t be a problem to get a cheap van insurance policy as long as you can utilise your no claims bonus on this new policy. As in you can’t use your no claims bonus on 2 insurance policies.
I insured this for business ,social and pleasure .It was 450 with fbd with full no .claims bonus.
It is taxed private for 120.
I paid the going price but it is business model rather then ex An post
Does business model mean better spec ?
Thats right ,nicer seat ,colour coded bumper
