Yeah would agree with that. you cant expect or need everyone to be "elite" (whatever that means) and you will rarely have everyone or even most players better than every other opposition player. and you shouldnt need to anyway

Didn't conor Murray have a similar issue in his shoulder about 10 years ago. I remember a 6n game in Wales were he wasn't able to pick up the ball from rucks but was left on the pitch for about 15 minutes.

He's a total shyster, getting found out badly now. Needs to be pushed out.
Similar to what happened Murray that time with his shoulder? Nerve injuries are very difficult to deal with. Big blow to us, I'm currently in Dublin airport for different reasons but see the team here. McMillan doesn't look like the type of head coach you'd mess about under, looks like he's been chewing a mouthful of wasps.

It's really hard in Ireland to remove someone at the top, costs a lot, takes a huge amount of time and upheaval. Best you can hope is an agreement to part ways.
That's why Munster need to do all they can to keep him the 3 years at least. It'll be a bumpy road, but we'll be a better team for it.
