Strange view. An expectation of low sales is one reason why your beloved "Kerrang days" acts often don't come here.
Also, Smashing Pumpkins have played far more frequently in the US. Pumpkin-starved European audiences would be much more enthusiastic, not least because they know what the show entails.

Does it allow seat selection in this step or the next one? Looking at the right part of your screenshot, it shows section and row. Similar to how it shows for the likes of 3Arena, Olympia etc.

I agree with you 80%. 2 hours after the tickets go on sale it should use an interactive map. But the first 30mins is a disaster. By the time you zoom in and pick the seats, tickets disappear. Katseye was the latest experience.
I have a feeling that papa roach is struggling with ticket sales. If you want seated tickets, you get block c, row 23, which is actually 3rd row.
Some jump in venue size compared to their last gigs here in TBMC and the academy.
€76 for standing and €82 for seated, will need a good support act to shift the tickets.
I paid 55 for yungblud + the warning, I'd say it was a steal.

you can it works on the 3 arena . when the sections oped up just click on the section u want and it shows up the exact seats available

That Papa Roach gig is like most shows of that sort, seated be expected to be slow assume only A-G available they'll be hoping to flog as many standing as they can. If standing isn't doing the biz then yeah it certainly would be doing poor.
If the support leak hasn't diverged since it was Landmrks (who'll add value for me personally) & Sleep Theory due to appear.
Yungblud/The Warning wasn't even an MCD gig I was able to get mine on Seetickets for €47. I think being so affordable contributed to the atmosphere in ways I hadn't seen in awhile at your typical arena show.

Olympia booked solid the days after. The days before could very easily be booked too and maybe the band just want a warmup night ahead of arena dates
theres no irish date in the tour so this is there way to cover that
and in fairness an arena date for the suede/manics tour might be a stretch so soon after trinity show. Olympia will fly out
i missed the trinity one with covid . yeah . theres no other real options and manics like the olympia
61/68 for tickets. A quick check it was 58 for trinity with a headline set from Suede to also consider. 60-70 seems the norm for Olympia now, shambles.
with its limited capacity the prices will tend to be a touch higher . theyd get 2.500 of the 5,000 at trinity say
just the maths involved. Trinity is 3X Olympia so sadly means Olympia prices have to a bit higher

Manics will likely do a 95 min set in Olympia too, not much longer than they do with Suede.
They really need to be doing longer sets for a band with such a huge catalogue.
