Can anyone tell me if there is/was a B&Q eastside of the city, parkmore/droughiska etc? I know the one in knocknacarra but being told there is one on that side of the city(I feel the info involved may be aged)
There isn't a B&Q but there is a Screwfix off the Tuam Road, which is their sister company. Screwfix is officially aimed at trade customers rather than the public but anyone can shop there. But you need to order online or using the terminals in the store and pick up at the counter. You can't wander around and look at stuff.
There's also a Woodies and a Homestore & More in Wellpark, perhaps that's what you're thinking of.
