Madness !!
And a Special Feature is Builders Finish, more madness
also if you know rush/lusk station you'll know that the house is in the middle of nowhere
If you look at the street view they used the same old nissan to block the entrance from ~2023 going back to 2019
If anyone has a spare £4M/€4.6M there's a nice piece of property in amongst Belfast's finest. The whole look and feel is more like a fancy hotel than a home to me though.

Not my taste really, agree on the Hotel feel. But it's a lot of house for the money
yep, there's no indication there that someone actually made it a home. everything looks bought in.

25m outdoor heated pool with no cover. That can’t be cheap to heat! Beautifully restored and not bad value relatively speaking. I’d quite happily just live in the coach house!
Enjoyed browsing the photos. And there's plenty of them, but not an overwhelming number like there are in some listings.
Now that's a house !
There was a similar one here that was posted a while back. It looked like the house was being sold to pay for their Temu rehab.
I don’t think it’s heated. Read in an article somewhere, the wife is an open water swimmer. Proper order. 🏊♂️
Exteriors are professional, interiors amateur.
This house generated a lot of discussion on here at the time.
good to see it has been saved as it was an interesting an ambitious design and really started to decay after being abandoned, according to the article €4m pumped into it and it’s now a wellness retreat venue

Don't know where to start with this one. Very expensive considering the work needed to bring it up to scratch
Wonder if planning for a second house would be possible. A high quality deep retrofit on that and you're looking at a million total.
And the rest id expect I'm not sure 300k would cover everything and some extensive landscaping required too
An impressive bit of poetic licence to call a 2500sq ft house a 'cottage'
I was being very conservative that somebody local would do a direct labour work.
Anyway, I would not live there. The road noise from the M1. No way.
it's 1km away from the M1. i'd say road noise from the M1 would be a lesser issue than road noise from the old N1.
It isn't anywhere near the M1, not a chance you would hear it!
Dont live far from it myself and the m1 noise wouldn't be an issue. Even the old n1 isn't overly busy on that stretch either.
Glad is doesn't bother some that live near but I'd be able to hear it at night.
"It isn't anywhere near the M1,"
It's 1Km. That would be too close for me.
It's not though?
It's right next to Lusk/Rush train station, it's literally miles away from the M1.
Ahhhh edit!! My bad, I thought it was the other little house beside the train station.
I'm totally off, sorry!!
You need to go to Newport, the cottaes there are more like 10,000 to 25,000 sq ft.
Some potential for the price!
Fr. Ted house.
I love the curtains on the bath! I guess it’s a solution for a shared room!
