Something simple. Potato reheated in the air fryer along with smoked mackerel. Sweetcorn and salad.
Cheezy pizza.
We wer in London for a few days
Pad Thai, a chicken stirfry with cashews and some broccoli..
Can't rem the specific name - some kind of Bangkok stir fry
Nasi Goreng,..
We love Asian/thai
Chicken breast fillets rubbed in a mixture of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pepper, salt and soy sauce. Baked in the airfryer. Served in fresh white rolls on a bed of mixed salad, tomatoes and red onion. Super tasty, quick and easy.
Indian/Mexican/Mediterranean Mix.
I have ramekins but I'm fecked if I can remember where I've put them.
Fish tacos today and veggie salad
My son's cooking.
Sharing steak tonight for us, no sides as the steak was fairly sizeable.
Garlic and rosemary potatoes, fried egg and mushrooms, salsa.
Still working my way through the 15 Denver steaks I bought in Dunnes.
All been great apart from 1 which was a bit sinewy. This one was like marshmellow.
Well done @Snowcast. You’ve started a trend. 😎
Never heard of Denver Steaks, but look great.
Anyone try this yet it’s so nice and spicy
Have the pulled pork version in the freezer as an emergency lunch. Good to hear it is decent. Didn't see the Chorizo version when I bought it just pork or plain. Will look out for it.
For some reason I find the rice and chickpea combo really satisfying, spicy chilli crisp added or not. Sous-vide chicken thigh is becoming a staple as well.
Haven’t tried the pulled version yet but the hot honey one is so nice but not much in it
Chipper tonight. Few too many glasses of red last night, so something with no effort that was tasty and comforting was required.
Southern fried chicken breast, chips, battered sausages (nuggets and curry sauce not pictured).
Absolutely hit the spot, just what was needed.
Have duck in the freezer, going to take it out and take inspo from the thread here for tomorrow's dinner.
Nice and simple Pork chops, Mash and Tenderstem Broccoli with Apple Sauce
Fried egg, mushroom, onion, cheese, salsa/hummus mix in lightly toasted fresh batch bread with wedges.
batch bread yum
Yeah, that bread looks nice @thesandeman
Courtesy of my SuperValu bakery again.
😋 😋
Spag bol for us this evening. Ignore the presentation.
I forgot to add a tin of chopped tomatoes when making it and I do miss them in it, but it was still delicious. Looking forward to tomorrows leftovers for lunch.
Looks lovely. Real Bolognese sauce does not have much tomato anyway. I often like to cook out some tomato puree for umami backbone rather than use canned tomatoes, which can be too stewy.
Garlic mushrooms, fried onions, Indian potato thingy, cous cous and batch bread.
lol, "potato thingy"
I am pro all potato thingies!
I had an overly raw (sharp, ick) red onion and romaine (tastes like straw) veg salad, not a fan.

Not in the mood for a full dinner so.just had one of these:

Tasted them years ago & thought they were weirdly sweet for a pizza. But I now buy them every so often when I'm not in the mood and don't know what I want to eat
Currywurst and chips
