Puscifer in Dublin this November, interesting one, enjoyed the show in 2023.
Would’ve much preferred to see A Perfect Circle in Dublin if we’re being honest, but sure that’s the nature of the game now, got skipped it is what it is lately. Some land here, some turn into flight plans.
Puscifer in the The Helix is tempting all the same. Slightly ironic that something actually does land here and it ends up in one of the more awkward venues to get to, even when you live only a few miles away.
Obviously not the same but their is an Irish Perfect Circle tribute band called Thirteenth Step. They are playing gigs if you need a fix. Heard good things.
These strokes singles are not getting me hyped for the October gig.

the press release never said Galway. Next one is august bank holiday, don’t think they would be too welcome as it would be weekend after arts festival

Gonna be up in Dublin for Bloc Party / Interpol on the Monday so decided to make a weekend out of it.

Years and years ago they had Crystal Castles in Galway. I had a ticket, but couldn't make it which I regret to this day. Guy I gave the ticket to said they were amazing- short gig but that was enough, pure energy, sweat, bouncing off the walls and ceiling, shouting, intense. Cuba/Bar 903 if I remember correctly
If I remember correctly, Disclosure played in the Black Box also.

The Smashing Pumpkins are doing a 30th anniversary Mellon Collie tour in the States, playing the full album and a seperate greatest hits set. Please can we have this over here MCD/Aiken/whoever.

Another great booking for the south west of the country. Will be brilliant atmosphere inside the Marquee in Cork. Wonder will anywhere else be fortunate to get a show from them in the summer.
