If you see a job that needs doing..
I looked into selling lamb direct to consumers back in 2018-19 and it just didn’t add up.
The local butcher said words to the effect of “just tell them to call in to me and buy it”. Delivery of frozen/chilled food was going to be painful to organise too. That’s ever before getting to your stage of getting hard cash off people on a regular basis.
Maguire Farms doesn’t deliver. He organises a pick-up point in a local village and you call in to collect your order.
Does farmer phil still deliver the beef boxes i wonder.
it was is delicious had the roast for dinner
today, they do gluten free burgers aswell, along with pork an lamb
Munster were shockingly bad and don’t seem to have a brain without our two internationals. The camera looked at the coach at one stage and he looked totally uninterested It’s been a total mess the last few weeks with people losing their jobs while others walked.
Come on the rossie's
Huge amount of work going on in roscommon gaa for a good few years
U20s , minor and senior connacht champions
IIt's a nurse he should be looking for
Agree with that, also personal choice with 4 in our house. Two of us it has to lean well done beef and the other two like a bit of fat and sometimes I would be waiting for their steaks to moo at us or get up and run away. The nicest steak I have had was in France off a Charolais cow and super lean.
Have been told the ideal is a 4/5 yo 2nd calver

Hopefully one government in Europe will defend it agriculture
But they will run with it until a judgment
https://teagasc.ie/news--events/daily/the-cost-of-making-a-bale-of-silage/
Costly stuff.
If 54 euro/bale if land is rented at 300, that's 12 bales to the acre. I didn't see any teddering or raking charge, maybe it's in the 20/bale charge.
The window switch went on my mams 10 year old yaris, range Toyota garage there for a replacement. E472 n I think + vat. My mind had drifted off by the time he mentioned vat!
Talk about fleecing any victim they can get, think I'll try AliExpress!
Are you sure the switch is gone? Yaris here used to act up at times, you would have to hold the switches while turning on the ignition(or something like that)to reset them. Can't remember the exact procedure.
Had a fella look at it n he said switch anyway, there was power getting to it. Ordered one off local motor factors e100 n have it tomorrow, had a look online n 101 options, pot luck if I'd order the right one.
Always try to avoid main dealer where possible.

does anyone know if you can get bullets through this scheme?
All jokes aside they’re spending €2M a week on TB, it’s absolutely insane, that’s a lot of jobs, sure why would they want to stop the gravy train, good way to reduce the national herd too.
I wonder how the livestock compensation compares to the industry control money. Seems like cyclical bad money to me
II'd like to know the full cost paid to dept officials and contractors for tb eradication work, it surely is a gravy train.
Clare vs Tipp in the u20's munster final is some game. Just gone to penalties now after extra time.
clare goalie 3 great saves tipp hitting the post with last puck in normal time you couldn't make it up
Great win. Clare fullback caught some great balls too.
Ref did us no favours. His decisions at end of normal time looked dodgy as hell.
Jesus ye have awful bad luck with Refs
Look at the game, you'll agree.
Well done to Clare . Great entertainment.
Surely , there has to be a call for a ref to be overuled by his colleagues at this stage. Or video analysis.
10 to 12 steps and 7 of his men ( 4 umpires , 2 linesmen and a sidelines ref are not allowed say anything unless asked. Time to move on.enough injustice in the world without enduring it in our own national sport .
Yea let the game roll on and hopefully the ref will balance it out attitude cant continue.
Even for the referees sake!!!!!!!
There was a few strange ones alright but dont think he was too bad in extra time when all was said and done.
I only saw extra time and thought that Clare possibly got the rub of the ref in there with one or two steps decisions but they were the better more committed team and deserved the win.
does anyone know a good disinfectant or something to spray onto gates & walls etc. in a shed that had cattle with ringworm
Don't forget to do the rafters
Circa 35 million a year in wages plus another 35 million on programme costs, that arent compensation based, so 50% of overall spend roughly on 2024's figures...
The ref had a fine game overall.
But in a match where there are always going to be a few wrong calls, why cant he get immediate support to sort out the problem for the better of the game .
I think any ref will have a 4 or 5 mistake margin in the course of a full game.
ReRecognising this, we need to give him or her help to overturn or sort out those calls.
A good example was the end of the Monaghan/Derry match. The Ref changed his mind with consultation from the sidelines (and Rory Beggan)
