tickets for 2026 going on sale to general public on Friday 31st august
Fack
Campervan site is pretty close to the camping site, right next to it if you get in earylish. Gas won't be a problem, they don't usually check, they might ask though.
I see camping chairs are being allowed into the GA area for Michael Buble gig in Malahide - worrying times ahead for ATN…
Bit of a different fan base but ok
Ah now, leave the chair talk where it belongs......in the Forset Fest thread 🙃
Zero chance at ATN.
I'll be sat down in my chair at the very front for Kneecap and Underworld, right in the middle of a moshpit if I can
TOMORA for ATN would soften the blow like.
pod announced them for Dublin show in October. So no ATN for them
Seen them at the Heineken Greenlight event in the Button Factory and they were honestly fantastic, would translate very well to a big stage I suppose the usual timeline for this is about two weeks after Forbidden Fruit we will get drip fed announcements
Edit : Fixing formatting
Is a 2k event really going to effect a 35k festival, to that degree? I'd argue it would create a buzz for the latter gig (tickets aplenty available).
Yes, usually always one or the other for international acts. Festivals want international artists who aren’t coming back here within weeks of the festival. It’s not financially beneficial. Tomora are also playing Fuji rocks festival the weekend before ATN. So even if they did didn’t havee we Dublin show they wouldn’t be making an ATN appearance
Forbidden Fruit is now completely sold out, they've announced the stage breakdown too so hopefully this means we're getting closer to another ATN announcement 🤞🏼
a nice lineup drop before the bank holiday please 🙏
Weval self announced a couple of weeks ago, they are a nice addition. They are supporting Rufus de Sol tomorrow night in 3 Arena
Anyone else people think may be added?
Any realistic acts may be announced? Antony Szmierek maybe?
he announced a dublin headline for october instead
Yeah only button factory though, would that rule him out of ATN?
Just clocked atn follow them on insta so here’s hoping
yeah.
playing Japan that week so no chance sadly
Was at Rufus last night and over the moon when Weval mentioned they were playing, hadn't seen them yet in any announcements 🎉
Two clips of Weval from Body&Soul 2023.
Weval - A brilliant addition 😁 they were excellent on Friday night. (I much preferred them to Rufus tbh)
Yeah I seen a few videos, the arena was packed for Weval which isn't usually the case for a support.
I seen them in 2023 in Workmans and they were deadly. But certaily gone up a few levels since then
Weval were fairly banging at RDS, a late night SKOW slot for sure
Apparat are touring Europe this summer, no irish dates and a big ATN gap in the schedule between Jul 18th and Aug 7th
I see Kneecap have now announced a gig on 6th July for Marquee in Cork, wouldn't the promotors of this big festival have the exclusive rights and ensure the headliners have no stand alone shows or was that just more nonsense being spouted
turned down a few Irish offers, asking mad money
Isn't the marquee in Cork an Aiken gig, fairly sure there has been crossover before
Really, I would of expected an act like Apparat to be well within the ATN budget
