For anyone interested, the 2nd leg of the women's champions league semi final against Lyon is at 2pm at RTE. We're going with a 2-1 advantage from the first leg.
Terrible match. I home pur men play better than our ladies. I watched about 10 minutes and switched over.
Yeah, not a good performance. Watched the first half, Lyon could have been 3 or 4 up.

He was previously a midfielder but i don't believe he has the pace for it now. Very strange team and risky putting him in there today against a very fast mobile Fulham although they have never beaten Arsenal away. Wonder what happened Zubimendi ?
MLS will do fine in midfield imo. He has very good ability to receive and turn under pressure, and he's good at dribbling forward.
His lack of pace won't be exposed like it is at LB. Zubi is hardly a speed merchant, and he does fine.
The weird thing for me is the decision to go for MLS instead of Norgaard. Norgaard must be wondering what he needs to do to get a game.

My guess is that he’s being rested for the midweek game vs Atleti. Zubi has been ran ragged all season.
Not sure what the point was of buying Norgaard if he’s not going to play him.
I watched Norgaard in the play-offs for Denmark and was disappointed with his performance. He seemed to lack confidence and you wouldn't pick him out as a class player. Maybe he's the same in training. Seems to have lost form or confidence.
no sign of Odegaard at all. he must have got an injury again.
He wasn't exactly a big signing but Norgaard has to go down as one of the club's biggest duds in recent times if he can't be trusted to fill in for Zubimendi when necessary.

I hope he's gone in the summer. He has the aura of a player that just doesn't care about anything.
He was a great player but since he lost his position to Timber I feel that he has lost his belief or else just wants away.
